When Soarin' opens will it replace a FP attraction?

Several rides that were FP at MGM are no longer. Will Epcot drop any of these rides from it FP program (using allears to find FP attractions).

I am quite sure it is going to be a fastpass attraction.
Maybe some lucky preview folks can confirm?? As they might have seen fastpass machines when boarding or wandering around the attraction??
Certainly if they "sacrificed" a fastpass ride it could be living with the land or HISTK.

Soarin will be a fast pass ride. I didn't see any machines but the Land isn't open yet and that is probably where they are located.

Star tours, recently. Millionaire is also not FP anymore.
