The Christmas Party is a lovely way to enjoy the Christmas Festivities & your kids will love the fake snow. We actually got some last minute pictures from the December we went on our way out w/ the characters. The kids were already sleeping but there was no line for Santa Goofy so he posed w/ the sleeping kids & I. The picture amazed them for some reason & they still like that one.

We hit a heat wave the December we went, but being DVC members meant we could easily wash our shorts to use them more often. I didn't use my pants once. We left during a blizzard in Chicago, so we didn't mind the 90 degrees temps.

Welcome Home to DVC. We're neighbors from IL & from BWV.

Call Member Services (see the back of your DVC card) & they will help you figure out if you can get a room in December at your home resort--which sounds like BWV. You can always get put on waiting lists. Call right at the 7 month window coming up soon for the other resorts if BWV is booked. You might have to call every day & even have reservations at different resorts. But just sit tight on waiting lists & hopefully it will work out for you--especially if you can be flexible w/ your dates.
