When should we do BBB?

My girls have never been to BBB and I would really like to treat them this year. When should we do it?

I currently have reservations at the MK location for our last afternoon (4:00pm ish) - followed by dinner at Tony's and fireworks (if we stay up that late). However, we have a noon lunch reservation at CRT on the first day of our trip - should I try to change BBB prior to the lunch on our first day?

I don't know what to do. If I make the appointment for the first day, the hairstyle will probably only last the morning b/c we have plans to spend only the morning in MK and spend the afternoon at the pool (weather willing). If I make it for the last evening, it will last them the evening at least and they will get to walk around the park with their hairstyle. Or maybe I should make it on an entirely different day?

*Of course, my master plan called for BBB followed by DINNER at CRT on our last evening - but my girls vetoed Dinner b/c they wanted to see several princesses, not just Cinderella.

When did you do BBB and did it work out? Any suggestions for me?

OK, 1st @ CRT (not guarnteed) but we saw Jasmine, Belle (blue/white dress) Snow White, Fairy Godmother. Cinderella is downstairs getting pictures & signed when people come in. Girls get a wand & boys get a sword (ask for another one b/c DS broke his w/in a few hours) & they also get a "wishing star". We went in the day time & they did something where I guess the ceiling lights up, couldn't really see it (day time & sitting by the window facing park) If it was ME, I would try to schedule in MK for the 1st thing that morning (We did Downtown & it was a pain trying to get from downtown to MK) about swimming I don't know we got it done, then lunch, then back she wanted to swim so it came out---now she said she would keep it in longer. Hope that helps

We have BBB scheduled before our late CRT lunch on 1st full day. I did it this way for a couple of reasons:

1. I knew they would see other little girls dressed up with fancy hair and they would want it, too. Waiting until the last day would kill them!!

2. We are also going to MVMCP that evening, so I am killing two birds with one stone.

3. I think it will make their whole trip more magical to have it done when we get there. All part of the initial magic.

Thanks for the input! I think I will try to change the appointment to 10:00am on the first morning. The park opens at 8:00am that day due to Spring Break Crowds , so I think it will work out nicely to visit the Fantasyland attractios for a bit, then head to BBB and lunch.
