When should I schedule our first FP on our arrival day?

We are scheduled to land at MCO at 11:55 and we will be taking Magical Express to POR. We plan on heading to DHS asap after arriving at the resort. When should I schedule my first FP? I get to plan our FP on Friday!!!

Around 3:00p to be safe, assuming that your flight isn't delayed.

I say 3ish as well. Our flights always get in at 11:30 and I usually make one for 2:30. We also like to go straight to the park after dropping things at the resort! Keep in mind it's an hour window so if you make it for 3 you really have until 4 to get there!

If it were me, I might make it slightly earlier so that I could ride at the end of the window and then have another to ride immediately. It's hard to kill and hour in between sometimes depending on what area. Like 2:30 RRC window and 3:30 ToT. Ride one at 3:20 and the next at 3:30.
Might even burn the first FP of the day before I arrive so that I could try for a TSMM as soon as I tapped into ToT. Maybe too aggressive though. Might just make the third a Star Tours. But that's just the rides we like. Could work about the same with others.

Right. I'm saying they're next door and I try to group them together. Also might do a beauty and the beast show in between and keep them spaced out a little.

I would do 3:00. I also always do my 1st FP on arrival day for a ride I won't be as bummed to miss and put my favourite/must ride 3rd. That way if I have a flight or transfer delay, I still have a chance of making my fave.

The earlier the better, then you can add on as you finish up.

I usually plan my FP start time for 3 hours after I land at MCO.

You could book some Tier 2 FP's for earlier in the day if you aren't as interested in those options. They'll expire before you make it to your Tier 1 FP at 3:30 or 4pm and then you can immediately pull another FP!
