When should I hear from QA about loan app.

Sent in paperwork for AKV add on about 9 days ago. I thought my guide said I would hear from QA so they could go through the loan application. I am a member in good standing so maybe they don't need to call . Anyway should I be hearing from them? Or is this it until closing? It has been a couple years since i joined so I don't remember details. Susan........

If this is an add-on, and you are a member in good standing, then they will waive the credit process. You will go right through to closing.
