When should general codes for Dec. become available?

I have ressies (AAA) for Pop in Dec., but wouldn't mind staying at a moderate or deluxe if the price is right. When might I expect to see general codes for December? I was thinking maybe mid October? General code discount should be better than AAA discount, right?

Last year they were out towards the end of August.

There may or may not be any general codes for that time. Its a waiting game to find out.

I think general codes are only a couple dollars cheaper if not the same as AAA rate.
