Long story I cancelled a reservation online for a package, because I had changed the dates (did this on the phone since it could not be done online) and for some reason the emails I had gotten had some incorrect info on them. After trying to work it out with them over the phone, and still getting incorrect emails, I cancelled it online. How long should it take to disappear off my MDE account? Silly me, thought it would disappear immediately. I want to rebook all the same package, just wanted to start fresh since they kept having glitches with the changes I made. But I need it to be gone before I rebook. So when should that be gone? It's dreadful calling them, always so confusing when changes need to be made.
