I have been waiting for May discounts....anyone heard anything at all?

A friend of mine said a CM said somewhere around 3 weeks. Which kind of makes sense because I've heard somewhere around Easter.

I am waiting for the end of April discounts.

Everyone is already asking for May. What about us people in between the current discounts & May? We just get forgotten.

Oh well... AT least we are going to Disney World!

Looks like Sunday they may be out, but who knows for sure. When I call and they say, "yes" I'll believe it

I been waiting for discounts for a couple of months now and I have given up the hope of any comming out. Disney isn't going to release any discount codes unless they feel there is a need to. With their new vacation plan and the economy in pretty good shape, compared to what it was, they don't see the need. Disney knows that they have a huge fan base and will go to the parks and resorts and won't mind shelling out hard earned cash. I'm going and I could have really used a room only code but none were available, so I used expedia and cut some corners. Can I afford to go without codes? Not really but Disney knows that if I don't go, 10 more will take my place. Economics 101, people! Disney and Harley Davidson are a lot a like in many ways. They both are American Icons, Both have a huge and loyal fan base, and they both realize that their fans will pay just about anything to enjoy their products. Until we as consumers say "ENOUGH ALREADY" and stop going it will never change. I would like to go twice a year but I'll have to settle for one trip every 2 years (maybe a year and a half) "Such is life" as my mom would say and that's my 2 cents on this matter.

Same poster thought general public codes were extremely doubtful and probably won't be any till the fall.

Take that for what it's worth I guess...
