Depends, I think it’s Orbitz that charges extra for 3+ on Disney reservations even when Disney doesn’t, at that point I reserve two and then call and add. Marriott has started to charge extra for kids in Hawaii at several properties, but if you call the hotel they say that it shouldn’t charge for kids, that it’s a glitch and to book and then call.
