When is your Spring Break 2014?

Feb 16 --- 22nd
April 18 --- 26th

Our school spring break is March 9-15. It's the same with all the public schools in Texas.

I am in Montreal Canada - most school in Quebec have March break the 1st week of March. Many families go on skiing vacations so any later than that is up in the air depending on the weather/snow conditions

We are leaving the snow for Disney !

Ours is the week before Easter and I am seriously considering a trip that week because it will be my 16th Wedding Anniversary!

We usually travel in June, so we are used to level 10 crowds, but I know Spring Break gets crazy. Decisions, Decisions.

Our Spring break is March 23rd-29th, but no worries we won't be there until the end of May/beginning of June.....another busy time of year .

I voted "other" as our school district doesn't get a spring break proper. Classes for our public school district are out from Good Friday through the following Monday, so this year that means April 18th - 21st, however our Catholic school does have a traditional spring break (this year it's the 3rd week of March).

As a kid spring break was always over my birthday which is March 26. I used to go visit my grandparents in Ft. Myers where they had a condo and they would take me to Disneyworld for my birthday.
It was always busy, but not unbearable.

Now that I am a teacher and have worked in many different schools spring break seems to always float around. This year it is March 31- April 4th.

Specifically scheduled our trip for 4/26-5/5 based on the easywdw crowd calendar. Looks like they were spot on!!

Was hesitant to pull 4 of our 5 kids out of school but I can't stomach spending so much $$$ only to spend our vacation waiting on line.

I'm an elementary school teacher, and our spring break has been the last full week of March for quite a few years. My husband and I have gone twice over spring break. Once, when Easter was a couple of weeks later, and spring break was wonderful. Much better than summer. The other time that we went, Easter was early that year, so our spring break came the week before, (I think). It was pretty packed that year. If we go again over spring break, we'll wait til Easter is late again. Wish we were going this year! A friend of mine, another teacher, is going this year, and I can't wait to hear her report on the crowd levels.

We don't have a traditional Spring Break. School is closed Thursday and Friday before Easter and Monday after. So that would be April 17-21, 2014.
ETA: I live near Allentown, PA. I am both a teacher and a parent of a grade schooler. We both have the same Easter Break schedule.

This is us as well....2 days before Easter and 2 days after thru the 22nd for us though. Can't stand this schedule. Eastern shore of MD.

I voted for the April 13-19 but I was wrong, ours is April 18-28, I'm in SE Michigan.

Where in SE Michigan are you? I'm in the Monroe area.

BTW, our spring break is April 18 through 27th.

April 13th-19th 2014 in Eastern NC

Same in most of western NC from what I can tell. Not sure what College dates are though community colleges seem to be following the school districts week from what I can tell. This is why I'm going in May when I'm going. I figure all spring breaks will be done by then.
