When is your school finished?

A couple of years ago, I remember someone posted a link that showed when all the Florida schools were finished. Anyone know it.

Also, when does school end for your kids? And don't forget to tell where you live.

I'm in Central NJ and my kids are done June 19th . Taking them out the first week of June for fun at WDW!!!

My kids are in a private Christian school and they get out May 30th. I think the public county/city schools here get out somewhere between June 12-14. We are in Southwestern Virginia. Have a blast- we took our kids out the first of April and are sad that our time in WDW went by so quickly. It always does.

Our schools let out May 23rd... we will be in the Magic Kingdom by noon on the 23rd!!!! ( we are missing the last day of school, the kids only go for 2 1/2 hours) WDW here we come! We are in south Louisiana.

We're in South Carolina. The last day for students in our district is May 21st. That's pretty much the norm here ... some a few days sooner... some a few days later.

Lucky you! Over here in England my DS doesn't finish up until 18 July! But then he doesn't go back to school until 4 September ...

Central Jersey here too........was supposed to be June 19th but because of all the snow days we had with this horrible winter we were extended until the 23rd! Oh well!!

After they get home we are surprising them with a trip to WDW and leaving 6 p.m. that night! Can't wait!!!

We homeschool Jan-December- schooling 6 weeks on 1 week off- the great thing is we can take the kids in September, February, any month and save a lot of time avoiding crowds. We typically go September or February- and we still see lots of kids- so I guess many parents take their children out of school. Here in TN the public schools get out May 23 or so and start back the 2nd week in August.

Our kids go to a private Christian school here in Massachusetts and they get out June 5th. I believe public schools here get out around June 15. My kids don't go back until after Labor Day in September though. Works out good because we are campers!!!!

Our kids were originally scheduled to get out May 29th but because of snow they are not getting out until June 2nd. We are in North Carolina.

I live in SE Massachusetts and the kids get out on June 13th - we leave for Disney on the 15th. (I was getting nervous when we were getting those late snowstorms in April as we really cut the date close. Would have been tough if they had to make up days.) We go back to school the last week in August.

My 2 ds were scheduled to get out on the 19th of June but the teachers protested at the state capitol on a regular school day so the kids get to make up for it. Seems a bit unfair to me but such is life. Still waiting for those codes!!!!!! Mimimom
