When is your Christmas break this year? (2010)

Just wondering when everyone's Christmas break is this year? We are trying to plan a trip around that time and I am just wondering what the best dates would be. Thanks very much!

Well we're going to be there from 23rd Dec to 6th Jan, split between POLY and AK, first visit so afraid I can't help much. Just like typing in that we're going

My kids' last day is 12/22, so at this point, we're planning to get to WDW on 12/22 or 12/23.

I think that most schools in the U.S. will either start their breaks the Friday before that or 12/23 (or maybe even 12/24 as the first "off" day).

12/24/10 - 1/2/11. 12/23 is a half day.

Our last day is December 17th, and we go back to school on January 3rd. We'll be at Disney from December 19th to January 1st.

Thanks for your responses! I'm mostly wondering how busy it will be the first week of January (until the 8th) Our break is from Dec 23 until Jan 10th. Touring plans says it won't be too crowded that first week but I'm wondering how many schools will be out until the same time. Do you always get two weeks in the States? (we do in Ontario) Thanks very much! I'm feeling the pull to plan at trip!

Our kids go back January 3. The marathon is the next weekend. It brings a lot of people to WDW, but we have been there that weekend for the past 3 years and don't feel that it impacted the ride lines all that much.
