When is your childs spring break (2004)?

Forgive me if this thread has already been started, please direct me if it has.....

Seems as if our spring break is a bit late this year. Thinking of planning a trip, but really don't want to if it's going to be unbelievably busy. Thought a little poll might help us to decide!

Ours is April 19-23

I'm a teacher and ours is a 2 week break from 4/3 -4/18.. DH is also a teacher in a a different school. He get's done on 4/7 and we are flying out to WDW on 4/7 - 4/15!

Our Spring Break begins Easter weekend, April 10, and ends the following weekend, April 18.

Normally our spring break is the week of Easter, but this year it is early, March 28 - April 2.

I'm actually hoping that everyone else is going in April so we don't have much crowds!

boomer1961, I've had spring break the third week of march for years -- I think most of Oklahoma and Texas choose to do it then. I've gone to Disney a few times and it always looks really full, but crowding isn't bad at all.

Spring Break for my school and the surrounding area is also March 15-19, and I'll be back at Disney with two of my best friends!

Lets see....April 9-16 this year for Traditional School in Northern California. Really late! I am trying to work out a trip to Vegas and am having the same problem with worrying about crowds AND higher prices! GOOD LUCK!

I'm from Toronto - most Canadian cities have spring break (elementary schools) during the 2nd or third week of March - this year ours is March 15th - 19th - but we've decided to pull the kids out of school for 4 days and go to Disney the following week (we're headed to Fort Myers for five days first).
