when is your child's christmas vacation?

Since the opening of school was delayed this past Aug the school dept cut down on the kids Christmas vacation. However they are still off from Dec 24-Jan 2nd. They go to school on Dec 23rd and are back in class Jan 2. Not quite 2full weeks but hey Id love to have 9 days off. (Oh ya I just did)

DS's school has a half day the 20th. Then they go back January 7. What ever happened to 180 school days??????
