When is your 2014 Spring Break?

Hey everyone! I've been reading the boards and notice people repeating a common question..."I don't know when everybody else's Spring Break is". We just booked today for a March 22, 2014 arrival.

We live in So Cal and our Spring Break is March 22-29, 2014. When is yours and where do you live?

How do I do a poll?

I have never done one before, but when a new thread is started, there is a check box near the bottom of the "new thread" page to turn it into a poll. I wonder if there is a way for you to go into advanced editing and make it a poll Perhaps someone with some experience with this could provide some guidance.

ETA: Actually, there is a pull-down menu at the top right of the thread called "thread tools" just above your first post. There is an option to add a poll. That should work!

North East NY - our DD's college break is week of March 17-21
No idea when our local high school break is but it is usually the week before Easter so that the kids are back in school the day after Easter.

Fort Bend ISD, Texas (the county south of Houston) including weekends:

March 8 - March 16, 2014.

Under State Law Texas Public schools have the same vacation dates for Elementary and Secondary schools.

Same here . I'm happy since the 21st is our daughters bday and she gets the day off.

Our public school break is always the week of the Boston Marathon which next year is week of April 20. The Monday is a state holiday called Patriots day. It gives an advantage when Easter is early as many other states have spring break with Easter. Went this year and our break was 2 weeks after Easter which meant less crowds in the parks.
