You can check the DVC web site, but I think VB has the highest points in the spring, when there is baseball spring training and the snowbirds are in Florida.
With the exception of WDW, most of Florida has winter/spring as the high tourist season. This is the case for Vero -- high points during high demand period.
Because so many DVC'ers have started combining WDW/Vero trips, summer has also become surprisingly popular for Vero. The rest of Florida tends to be like a ghost town in the summer in terms of tourists.
