When is too late to make a request at CBR?

We have a grand gathering and everyone tonight panicked and asked about if we're all going to be together. I know it was mentioned when I called that there was no guarantee that we'd all be together but can I still call and see what they can do? We are going Dec 4-9th? I requested that my parents have a ground room floor because my father has difficulty walking.

They automatically try and keep grand gathering groups together. Again, not guaranteed, but they do their best.
