When is the next update for SSR?

Just got back from my first stay at SSR. It was nice, but not deluxe. The room was a bit run down and the bed was worse. Overall, I really enjoyed the resort and my stay there. The staff was wonderful. The bed had just had it. The other issues were minor: the door knob fell off the closet at first touch, the cabinet doors didn't really shut, the sheet was stained with mildew spots, and one of the locks on the sliding door was broken. The Holiday Inn Express I stayed at on the way in was much nicer. I didn't report the issues because a part of me was like I have to pay to fix this. It won't stop my staying there again, but I might bring a mattress topper or something. Admittedly, I'm a bit fussy in the mattress department. Though, I did like the one at a Clarion Inn better and that place was otherwise horrible.

We always report any problems we find. Sometimes they get fixed right away and sometimes right before we leave or after we leave. But at least the next guest won't have to get it fixed.

There is already money in the capital improvements budget from dues. Reporting it will not make a difference in dues, it's just a matter of when it will be scheduled.
