When is the latest you can visit and still avoid Spring Breakers?

I know that Spring Break crowds can be heavy-- when is the latest one could visit the parks and know that SPring Breaks around the country have not started yet?

From what I have seen, spring break seems to start picking up after March 11, though there are a few schools which start a week sooner. The last half of March through the first half of April, though, seems to be the busiest period of time for spring breakers.
