When is the Flower Festival at Epcot?

We will be there for a quick vacation, April 14 to 18th. Wondering when the Flower Festival (don't know if that's what it is called) is.

Just went over to Pollstar and they have Davy Jones scheduled for April 15-18 2005. His performances are always a lot of fun and he is a VERY popular act at the Flower Power Concerts.
