When is the best time to call?

I have sat for 20 minutes with Dining Reservations to cancel a Fantasmic Package. Since it is not toll free I finally hung up. When is the best time to call without a lengthy hold??

I have never been on hold that long...maybe they forgot about you? On the other hand, this is the busiest week of the summer at WDW.. maybe they are inundated with last minute ADR requests as well as Christmas/New Year's week requests.

Try calling back and using the toll free number 800 828 0228.

It depends. Every time I call, no matter what time of the day, I have to hold for a little while. You might want to try in the evening, maybe between 6 and 8pm...first thing in the morning is NOT a good time to try. Also, maybe 2 in the afternoon - that seems like it might be a slower time.
