When is Presidents week?

We are heading down to DW for our second visit. Last time we went one week earlier that we are this week - no lines and the weather was pretty good. This time we are planning to go Feb 11-18th. Are we going at a bad time? Should we rebook a week earlier? I have a feeling this might be presidents week?

President's Day is Feb.19th, 2007.The weekend (16th and 17th)will be pretty crowded but the CMs told us last year that the week before that was not at all crowded.
