when is next or what is the reason for fireworks?

Only July 4 and New Years?

Special events?
Only Mardi grass?

Any other time that USF have fireworks?

Summer fireworks usually begin on July 4th and run nightly through the second week of August.

Busy Seasons are usually the only times Universal will regularly have fireworks (Winter Break, Summers, and possibly Spring Break, not sure.)

But this summer, Universal is presenting a new show on the lagoon where the centerpiece will be 4 large spheres. Don't know much beyond but, but it should be an interesting show.
