When is likeliest to be the busiest week March-April 2015?

Yes, historically the week leading up to Easter is the busy week for the spring break season.

I think the last two weeks of March get a big spring break crowd. And the week leading up to Easter gets a huge crowd from all the schools that tie their spring break into the Easter holiday. The week after Easter is less crowded.

FYI Miami-Dade County schools have their Spring Break March 23-27. I imagine the rest of the state is around the same time.

Virtually all Texas public schools are off the second week of March for Spring Break. That week was rated a crowd level 9 this year. If you go in March, make sure it's the first week.
