When is it too soon to stare at the bag on the Disney Cruise App?

Know what you mean, I'm at 54 days, don't think it moves fast enough

I reset mine immediately after getting off the last cruise. I look at it too often!

We started our countdown at 700-ish nights, now at 122 and can't come soon enough!

I have multiple counters on my phone's home screen for our next two bookings to keep my excitement flipping between. How sad it is being excited to see 364 days realizing you are now less than 1 year away.

I use mine for other occasions when the cruise is too far off. We have a placeholder to nail down before the end of this year, so I have my birthday on the suitcase, then I'll put Christmas, then Valentine's Day, then (maybe) the next cruise will be finalized. I guess I just like hitting the DCL app once a day. Wonder if I can get Mickey to call me for my birthday??

It's never too soon! I booked on opening day and I've been watching a few times per week since then. My cruise day is now 44 days, 18 minutes and 45 seconds away. :yay:

Is anyone else hard up enough to watch other cruise ships leave port just because of the desire to see it? And constantly read trip reports to pass the time? It's been almost 3 yrs and I swear I'm obsessed.

I admire the restraint of waiting until 60 days. I start checking out mine as soon as I've booked the cruise; go the TA to book it and then set it up as soon as I get home. I also check my DCL/WDW and Touring Plans account regularly just to check out the number of days until I go in case somehow one of them has miscalculated and the trip is coming sooner than anticipated (I wish).
