When is it cold enough for pants and long sleeves?

Below -40 you start questioning is it really necessary to go out. Can I send somebody else to the store. Isn't there at least one grocery store open for items I can't substiute something else that I have in the cupboards open when my DH gets off work after midnight.

Jeez! At +40 I'm questioning if it's really necessary to go out!

NEVER!!!! Here in Yuma we just suffered thru 4 months of cabin fever....it will never be cold enough but I do wear my coat at the casino and cancer center...just way too cold!!!

We've seen families walk around WDW parks in Dec with zipped parkas at 1pm 78f. Who am I to question... they weren't even sweating
