When is Expedition Everest opening...I've heard conflicting dates...

We are planning another trip to WDW for May 20-29, 2006 and I was hoping Expedition Everest would be open by that time.

I originally heard it would be opening Spring 2006, but then I read a post the other day that said Fall 2006....

anyone have any idea?

Disney hasn't released the official opening date yet and probably won't for quite a while. Latest rumors has it as April 22, 2006 but that's up in the air. Best to check back in February and see if the soft openings are happening.

There is no offical date, as disnut8 said, but Spring 2005 is the date all rumors point to. I wouldn't promise it to you, but I'd assume it would be up and running by your trip.
