Ha Ha... My Dis friend and I have been cracking up over the concept of her and I dressing like the princesses! Trying to picture an almost 40 slightly overweight snow white!!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: Then some poor kid coming up to me asking if I am the REAL Snow White! That poor kid may need therapy after that "magical encounter"! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I know it's rumor but I could picture for the sake of the Disney image that this be true! My alternate costume is Ariel with the clamshell top! JK!!:rotfl2:

September 16th! This is my dm and i from last year's MNSSHP- I'm the bunny rabbit, mom's the cat. I thought I looked like too much of a hoochie-mama in the cat ears & kitty tail so I made mom wear it :thumbsup2

I still haven't gotten around to making the image size smaller (sorry about that.) Anyways, I as much as I want to dress up this year, I'm making MNSSHP t-shirts. Gotta love the CreativeDISers!

:goodvibes I know!! There are a couple of us getting together for a mini-meet before the parade. If I see there are going to be several more DISers, I think I'm going to post an open invite in a seperate thread! :thumbsup2

I have a question about LTT. I made 6:00pm ressies at Tony's, (never been there) but I now hear that the charectors dress up at LTT in Halloween costumes. Is this correct? I kinda remember reading something to that affect very quickly and now I don't remember what it said!:confused3 I've eaten there many times and I enjoy it, however I have never eaten at Tony's and am wondering if I should switch in case I'm missing something special geared towards Halloween. Does anyone have any information about this? I don't mean to hijack the thread! Thanks all!

Aah...I fellow NJ person! :thumbsup2 As for LTT, I'm not sure if the characters dress up for Halloween or not. The CM who made all of my ADRs just suggested that since we are going to the party on the 23rd of Sept, that we eat at LTT. I ate there last March and enjoyed, so I figured why not?! The characters in Halloween costumes would be an added bonus though! :) As for Tony's....my fiance and I ate there in 2006, and we really didn't like it. I don't think I will be going back there. Just my opinion tho!:rolleyes1

Thanks! well, coming from one Jersey girl to another, we know really GOOD italian food! I have always stayed away for that reason. I may switch over to LTT to play it safe. I know what I'm getting there and I do love it! :lovestruc

We'll be at the Oct. 31 party. We're going to HHN on the 30th. :)

We're going on 10/9! It will be just me and DH. We're planning on dressing up as pirate:

Sept 9th for us! We went last year and it was such a pleasant surprise to find out that the party was extended into early September this year, when we would be back!:cool1:

IF we go, it will be Sept. 9th. I love the Halloween party, but it's kind of early and a tad expensive. Whether we go depends on how much money I can pull together in the next couple of months.

I counted seven other posters that will be there on September 23. Make that eight! Woo hoo!

My kids won't be dressing up. We went to P&PP in February and they were all complaining about how hot they were. They changed out of their costumes by 7pm. I know it will be hotter and much more humid in late September than in mid-February so I think we'll skip the costumes.

I am excited but the kids don't know we're going back yet! Shhhh! :ssst:

We're going 9/23. DD8 wants to be Tinkerbell, DS4 wants to be Indiana Jones, but that will probably change. I am not sure if I am going to dress up. I can't think of anything. I don't want to be hot or uncomfortable.

We're going on September 5th and have ADRs for 5:45 at Crystal Palace!! I WAS thrilled when the CM told me that the party was starting earlier this year and we would make it by ONE day ... this is our last full in in WDW before heading back to Jersey!!! DH and I will not be dressing up, I know that dd13 will be a bumble bee (MUST get her picture taken with her fav hundred acre wood character, Pooh), DD11 wants to be a lady bug. Don't know about the others yet.

We are planning to go Oct. 7th and we will not be dressing up. We are going to surprise the girls that night with the tickets. They wouldn't want to dress up anyway. They just want to see the characters dressed up!

Just got our tickets for September 23rd and was very surprised that our tickets are just ordinary Disney swipe cards with MNSSHP typed on the back. I was thinking that they would be Halloween cards or something more suited for the event. I keep all my stubs and tickets and some things like room keys and stuff from Disney and was hoping to have a great souvenier to hold on to, showing we were there. I guess the Halloween party park map you get that day will have to be enough. :confused3

That would be nice if the cards actually had a MNSSHP theme - makes sense, but I guess we arent paid to be imagineers. LOL!

You are going early enough that you might be able to pick up some MNSSHP souvenirs. The last two years (06/07) we went on OCT 31 (and again this year) and most items that we would have wanted were sold out.
