When is Earl of Sandwich due to open

I know that eventually EOS is going to be at DTD and the last I heard the opening date was 'Spring' - we are fans of the one at WDW. Wondered about the liklihood of it opening in early March when we go.

The only opening date mentioned so far is Spring 2011.

I recall seeing April 2011, not sure if it was at DLP or another message board. I have a bad memory.
