Just wondering if you prefer trips with the big celebrations or without them.

I like it when nothing special is going on. The crowds aren't bad and magic is still very much in the air.

I think the best time is after the Thanksgiving crowds have left and before the Christmas week rush. It seems like every square inch is decorated. It's beautiful.

Anytime in the winter is good but December except Christmas week and the first 5 weeks of the year are great also.

MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY and ANYTIME OF THE MORNING, DAY, AFTERNOON, EVENING, NIGHT AND LATE AT NIGHT. :)

In other words, 24/7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:p :p

Each time of year has it good and bad points. For me the 2 weeks after Thanksgiving. The Christmas decorations are up. They have special shows and evets going on. The crowds are lighter and weather can be cool or hot. I have tendency to like it when it is less crowded.

First two weeks of December. Christmas decorations, great weather (temps, humidity, rain), value season, low crowds. Hard to beat, IMO.

I like the fall months, Sept. or Oct. It's less crowded, and more laid back. You can still swim, because it's still so warm.:D

i think with the decorations during a celebration!!

our best trips(June 2000 and June 2002) were during celebrations when we went for 2 weeks!

AHHH! I'm ready to go back already!

Lets see, I've been in April, May, August, October, November and December, and my favorite time of the year to visit is probably November. I love the weather in Florida in November, and I also love the Food and Wine Festival. October was great as well, the crowds were so light, and December is magical as well. The only time I wouldn't go again is August - too hot for DH, and he is not a happy camper when he is too hot.

Another vote for early December. I like the decorations, the shows, the attendance and the weather.

I'll vote for early December too! We always go the first or second week of December. We did it in 1998 as a "just this once" because they were running a special package. Have gone every year since.

We've gone anytime from about the second week in October to the first few days in December. I would have to say that out of that, early to mid-November has generally been the best for weather and crowds.

I do want to spend Christmas at WDW at least once, though. I know it can get crowded, but I would go more for the atmosphere and wouldn't worry too much about getting on rides.

We went once during the early Holiday period of early December, and loved it, but I would not want to go everytime there was something special going on. I like the regular shows too. My preference is January. Low crowds, cool weather , and never much rain. Tried September a couple of times, but it was still too hot.

Oh, and my favorite trip was when we were there for New Years Eve, 1999-2000! Great trip!

I loved being there for Halloween & during the first 2 weeks of Dec. - The decorations for Christmas are gorgeous & MNSSHP was a blast! I wouldn't want to be there for celebrations every trip tho, as Dianeschlict posted - I like the regular shows etc..
The weather at the end of Oct/early Nov is perfect - But avoid Election Week like the Plague! That was the worst time to be there - Shortened hours because it's considered off-season, but very, very crowded (alot of schools in the NE are out that week)
