when is ANS baby's paternity test?

Me. OK? I think it's an interesting case. I find court cases fascinating to watch. I first became interested in watching court cases long before CourtTV (or before we had cable, anyway) when there was a huge RI case that was televised 14 years ago (Christopher Hightower and "the Missing Brendels" for any locals here). Nope, not interested in Brittney and her undies (or lack thereof), nor her bald head, nor what any other "celebrities" are doing. This is a LEGAL case with so many twists and turns and personalities and complicated legalities...I find it interesting. And personally, it's the BABY, and therefore, the paternity, that draws me to it most of all, just as I was interested in the Baby Jessica and Baby Richard cases many years ago, and the Anna Mae He case now.

Yup, I care.

I think it would be really funny if the baby is her late husband's baby. I heard somewhere that she had his sperm frozen. I would love to see the look on all 3 men's faces.

Well, Prince Whatsisface (ZsaZsa's "D"H) said that he'd be tested if Larry Birkhead isn't the father. I don't think there's any order now to test HKS. He's not the one contesting it. I think if Larry Birkhead isn't the father, and Prince OldGuy isn't, then I think one of two things will happen...men will start coming forward and/or, since HKS is on the Birth Certificate, in the absence of a biological father, he'd remain her "father" (God help that baby). BUT, I do think that there's GOT to be an investigation into all sorts of HKS's activities, and I wonder if, because of that, they look elsewhere for DannieLynn's care during an investigation...and who would they choose???? Would there be a "temporary" custody battle for her??

Oh, I do! I don't know why. I have a demanding full-time job, two kids, and a very busy life. I still think of ANS and the whole case a couple of times a day. It's very bizarre and sad . . . .

I think that HKS will have to prove paternity if he wants any of the money. There is already a court appointed guardian for the child. I bet HE will demand paternity testing be done until the father is proven, whoever that might be.

It's possible that they won't come up with a bio father. I think that's unlikely because I do think it's Larry Birkhead. But if it's not, and they don't come up with a bio father...that can happen...then the baby isn't going to be raised by the guardian ad litem. At some point, they'd have to appoint someone permanent.

And I know what people are going to say...with all the money involved, men will be lining up to be tested and one of them will have to be the father. But, I don't think that's necessarily true. And I don't think that every potential father WANTS custody of her, money or not. Happens all the time.

I realize the Bahamas is a different country. Birkhead's lawyers spoke today of the Bahamas belonging to some ???? where they may have some obligation to do a paternity test? If not, it doesn't mean the Bahamas are going to refuse. You'd think at this point, with accusations about the integrity of officials, they just DO IT and redeem themselves a bit!

They could continue to fight it out tho. There's still the question of whether or not Anna Nicole was a legal resident of the Bahamas, and God only knows how many other legal issues. I hope they just DO THE PATERNITY TEST tho. Geez!
