When is AKL's pool closed for renovation?

How do I find out when the AKL pool is closed for renovation? We will be there Dec 25-30th 2009.

They hardly have anything closed during the busiest time of year. (Christmas through New Years)
They wait until January when crowds levels are lower.

Phewwww...I got scared there for a second. I would hate for the pool AND spa to be closed during our trip in February!!
