When is “dusk”?

We are planning a trip to Epcot next week, the last week of May. I was hoping I could let my grandkids play in the two playgrounds, visit the butterfly tent, etc., while their parents ride some things like Soarin’ and Guardians they aren’t tall enough for. I consider dusk to be about an hour before dark, or about 8 pm eastern time. Who can fill me in on their experiences with what time these things close, as they are listed as closing at “dusk”.
