When I was young my fav TV shows were...

I remember babysitting on Saturday nights and watching the Love Boat/Fantasy Island 2 hours of TV. I loved those shows! Fantasy Island used to scare me but I always watched.

Around the same time, or I guess a little bit later, I loved The Dukes of Hazard. I remember thinking John Schneider was just sooooo hot. As an adult I look back and think, "ew, Tom Wopat was much cuter."

Lost in Space
Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea
Star Trek

SOLID GOLD
(I pray to God and ask him to make me a Solid Gold Dancer in my next life...with a body to match, baby..Wooo!)

Wow, I watched a lot of TV. There just aren't good sitcoms like there used to be anymore. I'm sure there are tons more that I can't think of right now.

For you Dukes of Hazzard fans, I'm one too, I forgot to list it though. I used to watch it, DH used to live near where they did some filming of it in Santa Clarita, CA (yes some of it was filmed there and not in Hazzard County :rotfl: ). Our boys like it now! They catch episodes on CMT. We even have a box set of the episodes. When we went to Gatlinburg, TN a few years back of course we had to stop in at Cooters! The boys took their pic in front of the General Lee! They loved it...ok, I did too!

Dukes of Hazzard, Charlie's Angels, and Voyagers (with JonErik Hexum - YUM!)

Gidget
The Monkees
Mission Impossible
Rat Patrol & Combat (only because of my brothers!)
The Ed Sullivan Show
and.....
The Wonderful World of Disney

Punky Brewster was my favorite!

I still want my very own golden retriever named Brandon, he was the best dog!

I also really liked the Cosby Show and I grew up in Hawaii so we never missed Magnum PI

Not too many more shows stand out, I mostly watched MTV, I loved music videos :lovestruc

It really depends on how young you mean. We didn't have a TV until I was about 5. Then, my favorite shows were:

Howdy Doody
Rootie Kazootie
Pinky Lee
Winky Dink
Abbot and Costello
Amos and Andy
Kukla, Fran and Ollie
An assortment of westerns
An assortment of early (low-tech) cartoons

Bewitched
That Girl!
The Partridge Family
The Brady Bunch
The Twilight Zone
Laugh-In
Here Come the Brides

Some of my favorites were reruns even when I was kid though, like...

I Love Lucy
Hazel

Punky Brewster
Silver Spoons
Different Strokes
The Facts of Life
Mr. Belvedere
Small Wonder
Growing Pains
Family Ties
Kate and Allie
