When, how do i get my package from Disney?

Sorry i am not sure if this is the right board. We paid in full, we received the yellow tags for magical express and voucher for the bus. Are the yellow tags the same as luggage tags? or are the luggage tags different and the yellow ones are only to let them know you want the bags delivered to the room? I am confused

When will we get the refillable mugs, vouchers for arcade and magic bands?

You should have gotten everything in one package...at least that was the case last time for me but that was back in 2011.

The yellow tags are just for DME.

Mine came in 3 different shipments...
1- Sticky yellow ME tags and vouchers came 186 days before arrival. But that was a glitch, it's typically between 30 and 14.
2- Package info with magical extra coupons and souvenir luggage tags 35 days before arrival
3- MagicBands were shipped with 30 days to go, due to arrive 25 days before check-in.

But I have heard of some people getting packages 1 and 2 at the same time. Not sure what the rhyme or reason is for the differences.

The yellow tags are the luggage tags. People receive their welcome packet at varying times but 30 days out seems to be average. The vouchers will be in that packet. Magic Bands are shipped 30 days prior to your arrival provided that you customized them and entered a shipping address. If not, they'll be available for pick-up when you check-in at your resort. Refillable mugs are not shipped. Once you check-in you can head to your resort's food court to redeem them (if on the dining plan) or pay for them.

We arrive on May 7th and received our DME stuff (yellow luggage tags and DME booklet) and package stuff (hard luggage tags and coupon booklet for packages) in the mail today -- all in one package. In the past we received these separately but this time they came together.

MDE wristbands aren't scheduled to ship until 30 days out. In the past these came in a box via UPS but I'm not sure if they are still coming UPS or not or if they have switched to regular USPS mail.

The refillable mugs you get at the food court or food area at your resort once you arrive and check-in.

I don't believe they do. I'm not international so I don't have first hand experience but I recall reading on the boards that international people don't receive DME tags and I believe they get their wristbands at the resort upon check-in.

DME tags usually come between 25-40 days out from what most people report here on the boards. I received mine at the 34 day mark this trip. If your trip is closer than that then I would call DME to find out the status of the luggage tags.

As for the coupon vouchers -- I'm assuming you have a packaged booked not a room only reservation as the vouchers only come with a package. These also come within the same time frame. Again if your trip is closer then I would call.

Usually the wristbands don't ship until you are 30 days out.

We got our yellow luggage tags and our souvenir tags/vouchers in one envelope, around 35-40 days before our arrival. Magic Bands shipped around 30 days prior to arrival.

Does it make any difference if i used a travel agent? I got my yellow tags and booklet from her. Will everything be don through her?

We are 40 days out today and I just got notice that my magic bands are shipping today USPS.
We are Canadian, (sent the bands to our cousin in the US as we want to use them as part of a surprise) Normally they will not ship bands outside of the US. They are ready for pick up at the time of check in.
We do get the yellow tags and coupons in a single package anywhere from 14-30 days out in Canada.
