When/how boking Aulani non-dvc member?

We are not dvc, but would love to try Aulani next year. Has it started booking yet and is it onlymdvc members at this point? Will i evenyually be able to check for it online like the other dvc resorts?

Disney is already accepting cash reservations for Aulani. Here's a link for more info: http://resorts.disney.go.com/aulani-hawaii-resort/

You may be able to rent points for a stay if you check that forum here on Disboards. At present, Aulani points cannot be transferred between members, but owners can book a DVC stay for you with rented points. The opening of Phase I is set for the end of September.
