First off, we are going in early Nov. so I realize what is happening in CL now will be a little different. But I am seeing posts of long FP lines first thing in the AM with return times early (before lunch). If we wanted to go directly to RSR regular line first thing and did the other two rides also, THEN went to get FP's - would we end up with an evening FP return time or would they all be gone? When are they running out of FP's? Also, would the FP line be super long if we got in it later after the park had been opened and the first rush was done or is it a solid, long wait until they run out?

We can't tell you what lines are going to be like in November, since Cars Land has only been open since June we can only guess.

Fastpasses right now have been running out at 9:00-9:15ish a.m. I don't know when you get a return evening time, but you don't have to return in that window. They'll let you return later than the time printed on the FP.

This is NOT true for RSR, unless the ride has broken down during you FP Return time or earlier (highly likely these days). I have seen many people turned away for trying to use a FP after their return time ended.

Again, this is what I have seen happen on several occasions at RSR specifically, this may or may not happen to you, but they are getting pretty strict about it because it is also the line for those that need guest assistance and the FP line can quickly get out of hand if they don't enforce the times. And yes, they also enforce the times the same way for those that use guest assistance cards.

Every time I have gone and used a FP, I was told I could use it past the time posted on the FP. I don't know who is stopping this from happening but it's never happened to me. And I go very, very frequently. I must just get lucky, I guess we'll see. They can't enforce just one ride that has a FP time return policy and not enforce the others, it would send mixed messages.

I used late FPs for RSR during my entire trip in late July over several days. Absolutely no problem.
