When doing safe passage

Hi
When doing safe passage
My daughter husband and two kids ( 10 -12 ) will be traveling

I’ve read she has to do 4 safe passage right ?
both parents are both twice vaccinated so are the kids well they’ll get this week

That is ok right ?
what when doing the safe passage will she has to show ( as well as in port .. and airport ) I guess ?
Adults here we have a QR code
But kids don’t
What does she has to have ?
does she have to ask the vaccination center some kind of proof ?

I see in your profile you are from Quebec. Same for your daughter and family? In BC we have provincially-provided QR codes; however, we also have the ability to download a federal (Canada-wide) proof of vaccination. Each of my kids has one of these. It is a PDF that has a QR code and also lists the dates on which they received their shots. This is what I uploaded to Safe Passage.

Your daughter and her husband will each need to create a Safe Passage log in, using a unique email address. If they are all sailing in one room then one of them can complete the info for the 10 and 12yo.

as of now let’s say on our phone for exemple
adults and 12 years old and older have that QR in their phone ( we have to show it for restaurants for exemple

but not the kids

so I am wondering whist they’ll need ? dont want to get caught off guard at last minute

The QR code you have is probably for use in province.
