When Does Your Dining Plan Officially Start?

Hi all...

Traveling to the World September 6th through the 13th. This is our first time using the Dining Plan (and it was free...woo hoo!). Our room is booked for the 6th through the 13th, but we only have park tickets for the 7th through the 12th. Do we get dining credit for only the 7th through the 12th, or do they begin the day we check in (the 6th)?

As long as you have one reservation for the entire stay, then it'll start on the 6th. If you have a split stay, then it'll tie in with your ticket package - which starts on the 7th.

Looks like you have a 7 night stay so you should have 7TS, 7CS and 7 SC. You will have to do outside the parks on the 6th and 13th if you don't have tickets for those days. Like at the resorts of at DTD. Or look into adding some days to those tickets you are already at 6 days after that adding days is only a few dollers. Last year on our get away day we were out of park tickets do went to the front deck and added a day each and it was like $2 each. We already had 8 days previously

You are basicly saying you have a 7 nights stay with a 6 day park pass...
Your DDP is based on the number of nights included in your package. So the PP is correct that you will have 7 TS, 7 CS, & 7 snacks per person per day. This will start the minute you check in and is good until midnight of the day you check out. You can dine at the resorts or some places at DTD. I would suggest figureing out quickly and making your ADR's ASAP or you may be finding it hard to get in for TS meals.
