When does year of million dreams officially begin

just wondering-our trip is from sept 27 through oct 2.

The celebration itself begins on Oct. 1. If you're talking about some of the rides, you're right it doesn't look like they'll all be ready by then, but the actual campaign itself is 10-1-06.
