In reference to the Mardi Gras reply in the above thread it (MG) will fall on Feb. 24th this year so look for lots of people from N. O. that week. Others from around the state, however do not get the entire week off. We have gone at this time for the past 2 years and found the crowds to be very light. As the other poster stated - our spring break will be approximately 5-6 weeks later.
