When does Walmart go to 75% off?

I was in my local Walmart today. They were still at 50% off and had lots left. When do they go to 75% off?

My Walmart did not go to 75% Off until the end of january last year and it wasn't for everything. They still are trying to sell some christmas themed gifts from last year at 50% off thru the entire year even till now.

Mine was picked over garbage at full price so even 50% off isn't worth it.
