when does the pkg papers arrive?

I have my MYW pkg paid for and am on ME already. When do I expect the booklet to come?

DME is typically sent 6 weeks prior to check-in, most get it 38-40 days out.

package materials are sent 5 weeks prior to check-in

if you booked through a TA, it goes to them.

Something interesting happened to me this go around, my trip is in about 13 days, and i havent received my papers yet. So i called ME (866-599-0951) and she said that i was the kazillionith call she received today (yes i said kazillion) for some reason Disney just had uploaded all the information to them in the last couple of days, and she said they were printing as we speak. So not sure what happend this time, but as bradk says, you usually get them pretty early. So if in doubt call them, they were super nice about it!

Glad you asked this question and I read it - I didn't realize my packet would go to my travel agent. I will have to make sure I check in with her about 5 or 6 weeks before we go.

Ya I go in 20 days and hadn't received mine so I called. The rep told me they mailed on Sunday (Sunday? didn't know the mail ran on Sunday but ok!) so I'm looking for them to come pretty soon.

Since we have so many people in the know here...what if you book your trip less then a month before you go? then what happens to all that stuff?

Last June about a week after we paid off the balance for the 4/3 deal is when our doucments, voucher book and luggage tags arrived in the mail.

So from what I am reading does this mean that disney ME is behind in sending out the information for booked trips cause I still doen't have anything and my trip is May 25th. What else would I get besides the yellow luggage tags from ME?

Our trip is May 21st and yesterday we received the ME luggage tags by courier and the luggage tags and other things from Disney through regular mail.

Finally got the envelope from ME but i was wondering why there was only one tag per person. How am i suppose to go for 9 days on one suitcase???? Has anyone had extra luggage without the tags that was picked up along with the ones that did have a tag?? Does this make sense?
