when does the paperwork come?

I booked a trip to WDW in May7-14. I paid the deposit. My question is should I have recieved paperwork to show what I have paid so far?

We have always received confirmation within 10 days whenever we have made a ressie or a payment or a change of any sort. If you have not received anything I would call.

I made a ressie over a week ago. Paid the deposit over the phone. USUALLY, I have my confirmation by now. I called them yesterday and was told that due to the holidays (post office), their computer updates, etc. to give 10-14 days for the conf. to arrive.
