When does SW release winter flights?

Correct. They had the release date set at May 21 at some point, but have since pushed it back to June 4.

As far as dates past January 4 go, it's impossible to predict when those will be released with any degree of certainty. Last year it was July 25 when they opened dates through early March. You can see a list of historical release dates here if you want a sense of when the next batches of dates MIGHT be released this year.

I guess that's possible, but it would be quite unusual unless they are delaying the next release date until after the currently scheduled June 4 and going longer than January 4 (which would be an unusual change of a different kind). The did release two different blocks just about 10 days apart back in 2010, but never in recent memory have done two releases just six days apart.

We will see.

I sure hope not. We are trying for early November and this is making it difficult to book accommodations. We'll see. It looks as if Jet Blue has their schedule open, so we might have to think about it.
