Yes. Booking as early as possible will get you the best possible price. While DCL will offer discounts of one sort or another on occasion, they will be off the prevailing cruise fare which will normally be anywhere from slightly above to in a different universe compared to opening day prices. How much and how fast any given cruise increases in price will be based on demand.
