When does school end and begin again in Florida?

Will that schedule change drastically due to missed school days in hurricaine season?

They take away other planned days for hurricane days. We only had 1 this year, so it won't effect when they get out. Not like adding snow days at the end of the year.

Palm Beach County here-- we are scheduled to be off from 12/23-1/10 but I'm sure that will change due to Wilma--we missed 2 full weeks plus the one day from Katrina.

The school board should make a decision about make-up days in the next few weeks and I will let you know.

Atlanta schools have the same xmas break --- and I know several ppl here that are going --- could be crowded.

Also a lot of the schools in the south get out the friday before Memorial day -- Good Luck!
