When does my label (earning my ears) change?

I was wondering when my label changes? I thought I was past earning my ears somewhere around 60 posts? Is this something I do, or do the moderaters take care of it?

Also...how often does the tag fairy come? I don't want to be greedy, but I wondered how often she/he distributes them?

After 75 posts it will change to a Mouseketeer and no you don't have to so anything. As for the tag fairy she just got me. When you

It changes with the amount of posts you make. When you get so many it goes from earning to other things. I don't have anything after my name. Hmmm I just noticed that.
