When does the new information for MNSSHP usually start coming out? Do I have to wait until the first party or is it usually known well in advance what characters will be where and when? Last time we went in the end of the October so I had time to plan from the boards but this time we want to go in September so I wont have as much time! I am interested in the Frozen girls-any guesses to them being part of the party? Also interested in any guesses to what their line at Epcot will be the end of September because if its at the 4 hour mark it was over Christmas/Spring Break I am going to break my daughters heart before we even arrive! Four hours is just too long even for Disney!!!

First night of the party.

I went to MNSSHP last year on one of the earlier dates and the info was out before then so I had ample time to plan.

As for A&E they aren't in EP anymore. They're over in MK and the wait times without FP+ are 3+ hrs or more. Definitely want to ensure you get a FP+ reserved before your trip.

You generally have to wait until the first party has happened, and with that, things probably won't change much from last year, as the only change I've witnessed in the past 3 years is:
-The addition of Jack & Sally
-Tremaines moving from a spot in the hub, to roaming in Town Square
-Princesses moving all into Fairytale hall (and that's because it opened)

Anna & Elsa are at MK from 9am til 5pm, fast passes are available, I suggest using a fast pass.
My guess is that they will NOT be out for the parties, and if they are, expect them to NOT be in the Fairytale Hall. Since all the princesses have their Princes with them for parties, they'd either have to have a Kristoff (and thus a 3 ppl meet in such a small area…) or every single person that came through the room would be asking "Everyone else has a prince, where's Kristoff" kinda thing.

I am way behind on the FP+ system! We have not visited since they did away with the old FP machines and I need to read up. How do meet and greets works with FP+? Does it count toward one of your 3 for the day and how long is the wait on average even with FP+? Is it one of those things where I need to be up at midnight to ensure we would get it for our trip like a difficult ADR? :confused3

How far out do you set up FP+ ressies for your trip?

Thanks a bunch!!

1- Same as with other attractions.
Show up at the M&G between the times listed via the FP+ reservation.
Get in the FP line and wait your turn to M&G.

2- Yes.

3- Varies with time of day, time of year, number of guests, etc.
In general, expect to wait less with a FP than without.

4- FP+ is too new to say how that may be as more and more and more guests begin using it.

5- First, you must have purchased valid WDW park tickets for the number of days you wish to make FP+ reservations.
Then:
As early as 60 days before check-in to begin FP+ reservations if you have reservations at a WDW resort.
As early as 30 days before arrival to begin FP+ reservations if you do not have reservations at a WDW resort.

Many more details and FP+ priorities found HERE.

The past 2 years we went most things were the same...I am assuming a change this year will be the location of 7 Dwarves. The last 2 years they have been by Splash MT area - I am assuming this year they will be moved to be near Mine Train..just a hunch.
