When does Frontierland open up on a normal day?

For some reason, I thought it opened an hour later than gate time on a non EMH day.

I think when we went in Jan. Jungle Cruise & the Tiki show didn't start until a hour later, but that's probably just in the slower times.

Those are in Adventureland.

(Tom Sawyer Island is in Frontierland, and it does open later in the morning.)

The only "land" that opens later than the park is "Toontown Fair" which opens at 10am on both AM EMH and regular hours mornings.
